He earned his bachelor's in Psychology from Florida International University and his master's in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. He pairs compassionate, evidence-based care with advanced technology to help every child make meaningful progress. Off the clock, he enjoys sports, video games, anime, and spending time with his fiancée and baby girl.

Janel is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with 7+ years of experience. She earned her bachelor's in Psychology from Florida International University and her master's in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. Warm and creative, she builds individualized plans that help each child shine. Outside of work, she loves dancing, storytelling, gymnastics, cheerleading, Disney World, and spending time with her fiancé and baby girl.
